θλίψεις· τῶν δὲ προγεγενημένων ἐτῶν παρεῖσθαι τὰς πόλεις πάσας τῶν τό-
κων καὶ μὴ εἶναι πρακτὰς κατὰ μηδένα τρόπον· διελθόντος δὲ τοῦ προγε-

Of the money that the cities owe to the goddess, they pay for ten years as interest one-sixtieth part, because they all agree on this given the tribulations the cities have suffered. As for the preceding years, the cities have will not have to pay interest and are completely exempt from it.
