- 19 or 20: born as the son of Drusus the Younger and Livilla; his official name is Tiberius Julius Caesar; he has a twin brother named Germanicus
- 23 Death of Germanicus
- 23, 14 September: death of Drusus the Younger
- 31 or 32: called to Capri by the emperor Tiberius and made co-heir, together with Caligula
- Made augur
- 16 March 37: Death of the emperor Tiberius, who is succeeded by Caligula
- Caligula adopts Gemellus
- Gemellus receives the titles of Princeps Iuventutis and Frater arvalis
