- 152: Laodice is known as one of the supporters of the Seleucid rebel Alexander I Balas, who overthrew king Demetrius I Soter.
- Perhaps she was later married with king Mithridates V of Pontus; if this is correct, she was the mother of Mithridates VI and Mithridates Chrestus.
- Alternatively, she was murdered by Ammonius, friend and minister of Alexander Balas.note
